CNY 2014
Chu Yi
As usual, we will go to church for service on the Chu-Yi morning. Daddy brought John John to the cry room to play cos he was starting to make noise during the service. As for JoyJoy, we scared her by telling her that her childcare teachers are behind her. Cos Teacher Chng is also TA church member, she happened to sit directly behind us, and simply by mentioning "Teacher Susan" to Joyjoy is good enough to make her sit thru the service. Hahaha...abit sorry to abuse JoyJoy's teacher name!
After service, we went to the MacDonald for breakfast and met Ah Dan there.
This year, we routed over to Kovan area, for my MIL to pray respect to her Ah ma. And guess what, many ppl were heading there, and it's a 1 way street, and the entire road was jammed. Luckily a car left, we have a slot to park for a while. Next, we headed down to FatFat Ah Ma(Ah Dear's Ah Ma) place at Bk Batok to drop my MIL and SIL, after which we headed down to my mum place for an hour or so. The rest of the day is spent at FatFat Ah Ma house.

This year, my cousin Baby was early to report my mum place and helped out in the kitchen, I was able to spend more time at Shuling's Mum place. And the 2 JJ had a good time playing Gor Gor Yuxiang's toys.
After Shuling's mum place, the entire Tan, Ng and Ang families gathered at my mum place. This year, Ah ma passed away just abit more than a week, we can't eat steamboat, cos it's not reunion with an deceased family member. Hence my mum just cooked some simple dishes, and we just eat simply too.
