CCIS 2019
As usual, our church is involved in the CCIS 2019. This year, instead of just the kids who are performing on the stage, the parents are being roled in to be angels and shepherds.
On 16th Dec, Ah dear was experiencing intense pain from the gallstones that he has been sent to the A&E by the GP. And A&E sent him back with painkillers and another appointment to see the specialist. Amazingly, he was able to make it for the next performance in Ion the next day.
And on 17th Dec itself, it was pouring heavily. We were all second-guessing if the event will be cancelled. Nevertheless, all the TA members turned up and waited patiently at Ion building. And you know that God is in control when the rain stopped.
And the TA members put up a good show to share about the true meaning of Christmas from how Joseph and Mary were stranded in Jerusalem , and the shepherds gathered to witness the birth of God's Only son- Jesus, and the angels rejoiced in joy!
Of cos the Theye family are glad to work together as a family for God's work.
