First Choir Performance

John & Joy have just joined the church PRAISE choristers. Within a short span of 3 weeks, minus a week in which we "ponteng"... they are required to perform in the sanctuary! So JJ did not have much practise.

Thank God for the teachers, who actually recorded a video of the older kids singing and shared with the parents, so I used the video to coach the kids at home. And Ah Dear downloaded an audio copy, in which we simply kept playing it at home when they were playing with their toys. So the song and the tune would sink into their brain.

Prior to their performance, I was quite worried as they were supposed to sit through the Chinese service. I guess Teacher Lydia is quite seasoned, she prepared some paper and color pencils. She gave to the kids so they could do coloring at the pew while Rev See was giving the sermon.
