Family Trip to Melaka - Day 2

We decide to head down to the Jonker Street to look for the Dim Sum restaurant. Luckily we have Ah Kuan with us, as she is quite familiar with Jonker street and she led us to the restaurant without us getting lost. I guess we are quite hungry, we just keep whacking on the food whenever the waiter came over with the differen dim sum dishes.

After our dim sum breakfast, we walked to Jonker Street before meeting up with Ah Ong and Chloe for our workshop which I have made reservation of 10 seats at 11am. It was quite interesting for the kids, as they were given an apron to put on, and cap to cover their hair before getting their hands dirty to make the dough. Even my mum and the cousins have fun at the workshop.

After the workshop, I brought the kids back for their afternoon nap while the rest of them went out to get the gula melaka and mee suah from the provision food along Jonker Street.

After their nap, Ah Kuan decided to bring the kids to the Kidzoona. JJ managed to get a pic with the MaMee mascot when we were walking to the shopping mall. And the kids had fun in the indoor playground with their Daddy while we went to shop around. As time was running late, the kids were only able to play abt 2 hours before we head back for dinner. At the meantime, Ah Ong and the rest were having pizza at the Backlane cafe, hence John and Joy joined them as they were hungry after their play.  As the entireJonker street was quite crowded on a Sat night, we decided to tabao food back to the hotel to eat. As usual, we bought more than enough to feed a platoon! LOL!

Anyway, i guess this is my family culture... it's better to have more food to feed all!
